When he opens the window it violently slams on his hand. This is where Mike starts to experience the supernatural. The song continues to play again and it sets itself to a 60 minute countdown. After the guy leaves, the alarm clock radio starts playing the song “We’ve Only Just Begun”.

That he can stay in any other room and still conduct is paranormal investigation with room 1408. Gerald tells Mike to please not stay in the room. Jackson), insists upon speaking with Mike. But upon arrival the hotel manager Gerald Olin (Samuel L. Mike calls the hotel and makes arrangements to stay in the room. He comes to find out about room 1408 at the Dolphin Hotel. He investigates paranormal events by staying at haunted places and writing about his experiences with them.
